Home Applications Machine Vision

Machine vision is the general term applied to using imaging technologies for the purpose of inspection, detection and analysis of objects. Machine vision is commonly found in industrial applications where automated process control is necessary to insure the quantity and quality of a product. The imaging technology we offer provides advanced solutions both to end users and system integrators requiring imaging technologies for machine vision for both spatial imaging but also for spectral analysis where spectral components from a material are included. Solutions are available for the ultraviolet (UV), visible (VIS), near-infrared (NIR), shortwave-infrared (SWIR), midwave-infrared (MWIR) and longwave-infrared (LWIR) in both 2D and line-scan image formats and also in monochrome, multi-spectral and hyper-spectral outputs. Common applications include recycling of materials, mineral sorting, food and pharmaceutical product sorting and many more.
