The well-being of our employees, customers and community is a top priority at Channel Systems, and we are doing what we can to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.


Our Staff

The health and safety of our staff and their families is of utmost importance to us. Any employees that have recently travelled are currently working from home for a minimum of 14 days following their return. We have made arrangements to allow for any staff that are able to work from home to do so, allowing for those who remain in the office to have adequate space to follow the social distancing protocols as recommended.


Meetings and Events

We have postponed our participation in all upcoming events, tradeshows, and on-site visits until further notice. We have transitioned to online platforms and video conferencing for meetings in order to limit face-to-face contact as much as possible, while still allowing us to stay connected and maintain effective communication with our staff, partners and customers.


Deliveries and Demos

As of yet, we have not experienced nor do we anticipate any delays in incoming or outgoing deliveries. We are continuing to make our demo equipment available for customers if requested. We are taking extra steps to ensure equipment leaving and returning to our office is properly sanitized in order to protect our staff and customers.


Manufacturing and Support

We do not anticipate delays from any of our suppliers at this time. Channel Systems is continuing to offer support to our customer through online platforms, e-mail and telephone. Should this situation change, we will immediately notify our customers of any anticipated delays in delivery or extended lead times for equipment or repairs.


We will continue to diligently monitor this ever-evolving situation and will make decisions based on the recommendations of our government health agencies, the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) as new information becomes available. We encourage our partners, customers and community members to be cautious by practising proper hand washing and social distancing during this time, and remain home as much as possible.
